1. Order Cancellation
a. Cancellation by Customer

- Service Appointments: Service appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee, as outlined in your booking confirmation.
b. Cancellation by AtoZ Automobiles
AtoZ Automobiles reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or other unforeseen issues. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund within 7-10 business days.
2. Refund Policy
a. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available in the following cases:
- Orders canceled by the customer within the allowed cancellation period
- Orders canceled by AtoZ Automobiles due to issues beyond the customer’s control
- Products that are defective or damaged upon arrival
b. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Cancellations made after the dispatch of products
- Failure to cancel service appointments within the specified period
- Change of mind after the product has been dispatched or the service has been completed
c. Refund Process
Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of approval. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be made through bank transfer. You may be required to provide bank details for the transfer.
3. Return of Products
To initiate a return for damaged or defective products:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Provide images and details of the defect or damage.
- The product should be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.
Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
